Congratulatory statement to the New England Patriots from Red Sox principal owner John W. Henry
"On behalf of the ownership and front office staff of the Boston Red Sox, I congratulate the Kraft family and the New England Patriots on their AFC East championship and the many thrills they have provided fans across the region already this season.
"Watching yesterday's victory in the snow, I couldn't help but think how much warmer it should be on Super Bowl Sunday in Houston, when we hope to join the rest of New England in cheering the Patriots on to another championship."
